Clique (pronounced “kleek”) is a small, unique group of people that share comparable pursuits or backgrounds. Cliques can kind in any setting, from colleges to workplaces to social teams.
Cliques can have each optimistic and detrimental results. On the optimistic facet, they will present members with a way of belonging and assist. Cliques can even assist members to develop their social expertise and study new issues. On the detrimental facet, cliques may be unique and hurtful to those that will not be a part of the group. Cliques can even result in battle and division inside a bigger group.
