A silencer, often known as a sound suppressor, is a tool that reduces the sound of a firearm by slowing down and cooling the increasing gases produced by the propellant.
Silencers are used for a wide range of functions, together with searching, goal taking pictures, and legislation enforcement. They are often efficient at decreasing the sound of a gunshot by as much as 30 decibels.
